Thelma Rios, a member of the

Aquash, died on Wednesday. She was 65.
Rios pleaded guilty to being an accessory in the kidnapping of Aquash. She was sentenced to five years in prison but wasn't required to serve any jail time.
Rios admitted that Aquash was kept at her home in Rapid City before being taken to the Pine Ridge Reservation. Aquash was murdered on the reservation
