Yakama Nation welcomes herd of 100 pronghorns to reservation

The Yakama Nation of Washington is reintroducing
pronghorn antelopes to the reservation.
The tribe accepted 100 of the animals on January 15. The herd came from Nevada, where the tribe and volunteers rounded them up for transport to the reservation.
The tribe worked with the
Safari Club International on the project.
