AN ACT
To approve an order of the Secretary of the Interior canceling irrigation charges against non-Indian-owned lands under the Wind River Indian irrigation project, Wyoming, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in accordance with the provision of the Act of June 22, 1936 (49 Stat.1803, 25 U. S. C. 389-389e), the order of the Secretary of the Interior canceling delinquent operation and maintenance irrigation charges in the amount of $1,134.99, which includes both principal and accrued interest thereon, against lands on the Wind River Indian irrigation project, Wyoming, described as the northwest quarter northwest quarter, southwest quarter northwest quarter of section 9, township 1 south, range 4 east, Wind River meridian, and a contract for the deferred payment of delinquent charges in the amount of $2,331.59, are hereby approved.
