Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all patents heretofore issued on entries and selections made without fraud under any of the laws providing for disposal of the public lands on lands formerly within the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in North Dakota, which were opened to settlement by the Presidents proclamation dated May twentieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, pursuant to the provisions of an act entitled An act making appropriations for the current and contingent expenses of the Indian Department and fulfilling treaty stipulations with various Indian tribes for the year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, and for other purposes, approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, shall have the same effect, and all pending entries, selections, or filings embracing such lands made prior to December first, nineteen hundred and six, shall be disposed of in the same manner and under the same restrictions and limitations, as if the lands included in such patents, entries, selections, or filings had been subject to disposition under the general provisions of the public-land laws.
