Before Making a Recipe - #1 Rule of Cooking
Read the recipe from start to finish, well in advance of commencing food preparation. There are two good reasons for this:
1. That you have the ingredients and equipment needed.
2. That the ingredient quantities and ingredients shown match the instructions.
Every now and then you will find mistakes in recipes (even in cookbooks!).
Reading the recipe and understanding it before you begin to make it will ensure that you are not disappointed with the results. If something does not make sense, question the recipe before beginning preparation.
By using any recipe or instruction given on this website, you agree it is at
your own risk.
